@Kris - I've just come back to warhammer 40k after a long break (circa 14 years!) and now actually enjoy the painting aspect.

I've started my own SM chapter - you gave me some advice on spraying w/ army painter dragon red in my forum post - thanks! Your vids have basically taught me how to paint!

Would you be kind enough to teach us how to strip badly painted models please? I find dettol in my ultrasonic cleaner works best but it caused some damage to the minis...

Also, could you advise me on the best way to paint white shoulder pads over red primer (I plan on taking them to grey and then white).

Finally, do you have any experience printing your own decals? The info I've found suggests the 'Experts Choice Decal System' and products. What are your views?

Thank you!

All the best

Kurt

Kris, I enjoy your quick tips my chaos army is looking better because of them. My girlfriend is starting her own commission painting busines, needless to say her painting is better than mine, and she goes through a lot of lahmian medium, what flow enhancer do you use or what would you suggest as a cheaper substitute without losing quality? Thanks Jules

@Kris - What's your stance on the geopolicitcal issue of the hollow alliance? When we look at the weakening of the transatlantic partnership, and its obvious loss in relevance, it's clear that the U.S. no longer plays a decisive role in addressing any of Europe's top priorities. Most importantly though- how do you think this will affect MWG?

@Kris - How does it feel to have Steven unabashedly steal "duders" from you and raise it to an almost meme-like status?

@Kris I find myself often struggling to do straight, thin lines. I believe the issue is mainly because I tend to have rather shaky hands and it seems amplified when trying to focus in on a small detail. Any advice for how to get a brush steady when your hands don't want to cooperate?

@Kris, hey man, you rock. I have two questions seeking your wisdom.
1. Any plans of pf releasing a back to basics series of quick tips? Ranging from tips to prepping the miniature to loaded brush technique and everything in between.
2. What song or genre would you pick for each WH40k faction and major characters.
Bonus question. Who would win in a fight between Quirk and his shadow?
Thanks for all the content you produce, your vids are the main reason I keep my vault membership.

Kris Your Awesome!!!

If you could Become any God in 40K who would it be? If you could manifest as a God in 40K what race would you be over and How would you act?

Also, what's your favorite Alcoholic beverage if any? Weird question I know but I'm curious!

@Kris What do you think about Skirmish games and painting. Would you paint a theme to your guys or make them a rag tag bunch. I play a lot of Frostgrave and am wondering your thoughts on that! Keep up the awesome.

@kris, hey Kris, i love your work.
i am new to the hobby and im about to play my first game at a local hobby club in 3 days, and i need to get 30 termagaunts painted by then, any recommendations on how to get them done quickly but still to a good level.

Hey Kris, hope you don't mind me asking your opinion on someone else's work. In One of Duncan's video from Warhammer TV "How to Paint: The Emperor's Sword" you can see he has Guilliman primed in gold. This struck me as odd, but the more I thought about it, the more it appears as a time saver with all that trim. I wondering if you can give me the pro's and con's of doing this before I base my own "Guilliman". And could you suggest any tips of your own for painting "Guilliman"

Kris:

Hello! Have you read all of the new lore books in 40K (the Gathering storm, stuff)? If so, what do you think about the progression of the lore, and the books in general?

Do you think Robby G is going to off the Emperor, or uphold his false godhood for the sake of imperium?

Are you excited about Adepticon? What do you most want to see there? And are you going to enter a model in one of the painting contests?

Have you ever tried making coffee with a French press? It's a lot of rigmarole for a cup of coffee, but it actually changes the way it tastes a fair bit.

Also, you had a lot more questions before the website was changed back.

For glory and naptimes,

--Chozon1

Kris, What was the first 40k model you ever put together? Who is your favorite army? and finally,(in your opinion) What's better: painting the models or playing the game?

Dave u rock man. love all the stuff u and the guys a mwg do. just wanted to say on the bond topic in your last sit and talk that i think pierce is the best bond. u gotta think he is trying to blend in and look like a normal guy. u dont wanna be all jacked and really stand out in the crowd so to speak. most special forces teams r made of average looking guys not huge guys. u dont want anyone to be able to pick u out u want to surprise them catch them off guard and slip something in their drink. then if it comes to close quarters combat u r fast and small so harder to hit and hold onto. i would also like to point out a very tough famous man named bruce lee. not big at all but u would not want to be on his wrong side. just sayin is all dave. no disrespect intended. u all r awesome.
