Have you ever wanted to be featured in one of MiniWarGaming's battle reports? Well now's your chance!
We are constantly looking for players to feature in our Battle Report videos. By having a larger variety of players we are able to showcase more armies, more playstyles, and of course, more wargaming enthusiasts.
In order to schedule a game please email firstname.lastname@example.org with as many of the following details as possible:
1. Your army must be fully painted (or you can borrow ours).
Unpainted models make for bad battle reports, so everything must be painted (and based). There is no requirement to how well they are painted.
However, if you want to borrow our armies (or just some models), we only ask that you are very familiar with their rules.
2. Proxying must be kept to a minimum.
A little bit here and there is fine, but keep it reasonable.
3. You must be wiling to be on camera.

Q. What hotels / motels would you recommend?
A. Soon you'll be able to stay at our bunker! Make sure to follow our Facebook page for all the updates. Until then, we don't have any specific recommendations. However you can use a website like TripAdvisor.ca to find nearby hotels.
We are close to Niagara Falls (about 15-20 minutes away) so there is no shortage of good hotels to choose from.
Q. Do I need to bring a lunch?
A. Nope! We will feed you yummy food while you are here with us (usually lunch if you are here from 9-5).
Q. Can I borrow one of your armies?
A. Yes! We understand that sometimes when you are travelling far that it is hard to transport your army. We only require that you are already VERY familiar with that army.
Q. Can I come in for multiple days?
A. Definitely! However if you want to do this you should make sure you plan far in advance to make sure we have room to accommodate you in our schedule.
Q. How much notice do you need to schedule a battle report?
A. There is no requirement, however the sooner you schedule the better. For Warhammer 40k we book months in advance. For everything else there might be availability next week.
Q. Can I come in for a narrative campaign?
A. Narrative campaigns actually take about 10-15 days to film, so it is usually impossible to schedule you for one. However, if you are coming for multiple days, we might be able to do something special like a mini campaign, or even linked battle reports.
Q. I run a blog / forum / YouTube channel / etc. Can you advertise it when I come in?
A. Of course! We'll introduce you at the beginning and include a mention of your website, YouTube channel, or whatever it is you run.
Q. Is there an age requirement?
A. No. However, if you are under the age of 18 then a parent or legal guardian will need to at least be there when you arrive to fill out a video release form.
