Most boring thing to watch, saw the list and the length of the video then turned it off. Waste of time.

I mean come on Dave, couldn't even give him first turn? Like pistol whipping a blind kid.

I dig it. I get why not everyone does but it was silly and fast.

I generally don't like to be super negative about batreps like this one, but I have to agree with the majority. This batrep was just un-fun to watch. Id much rather see just one lord of skulls or brass scorpion in a list to see how well they do in an auxiliary role. but two lords, a brass scorpion and kharn is just a gimmicky cheese list, and I was really looking forward to a normal banter batrep since its been so long since Dave hosted a chaos BBR.

Uhhhh Dave, I mean no disrespect but what was this? I didn't bother watching this video personally because the idea of 3 superheavies vs. a Deathwatch army just doesn't sound like fun to me.

I'll put it to you this way, if I were walk into my LGS, and some guy were to say "hey you wanna fight these 3 chaos lord of war with your normal army?" I would tell him "hell no."

Suggestion: Perhaps 3 Imperial Knights would have been a cooler/more even matchup? Or maybe a Warhound Titan?

Table looks great, but this was a really boring matchup. You have an elite army against a super heavy detachment on a very small board playing kill points.

lol Dave loves doing these silly lists every so often and every time the fans get mad. I think you guys forget the MWG guys play almost every day, so its fun to try something off the wall. Also, they always talk with the opponent before hand to make sure everyone is on the same page for the type of game it will be.

when a transport with multiple units embarked in it dies, you roll a number of dice equal to the total number of models disembarked (and for each roll of 1 a model is slayn). Rules don't say anything about roll for each unit seperately. I know it didn't make a difference in this case, but still.

Saw the deathwatch list paired with the length of the video and just turned it off, almost no anti take makes for an un-fun game against 3 super-heavies. Take into account what your opponent is bringing first before you take stuff that ridiculous. Dave, if you feel bored of the game and want to take that stuff, play something besides power armor.

You can either shoot pistols OR other weapons in the movement phase. Brass scorpion shot pistols at vets, then heavy weapons at the landraider.

Thanks for trying this out so we don't have to. Nice to see happy gamers.

This batrep was just mean... I mean the Deathwatch player had two twin lascannons, a multi-melta and a couple of frag-cannons against at three superheavies.

I mean really... Why bring something like that against something that's clearly a balanced and fluffy Deathwatch list?

And if you really must do that, at least allow the DW player to proxy his models as combi-melta/stormshield equiped guys and use his captains as Watchmasters.

i have to agree, great looking table, but when i see 2 lords of skull's i turn off the video, they are just to boring to watch
