Narrative stuff is always a good thing in my book.

MWG shines in this kind of added value : beautiful armies, great terrain, engaging lore and stories.

So I just checked Canis's rules and two things I realized that I don't think you guys were doing -

1. Canis rerolls to hit when charging, as do his Fenrisian and Cyberwolves. This was at the least not done at the 1hr7min mark when he charged with Wulfen into a group, there may have been other instances.

2. Also Canis related - I think you forgot entirely about his Rampage rule. He should have been rolling a D3 at least some of the times he was in combat.

At 35:50, plague drones are base str. 4 so poison (3+) gives them shred on their attacks.

ChampionLogan (3 months ago): - delete
You would only get the re-roll to wound if your strength is higher than your opponents toughness. Plague Drones are base S4 and targeting a unit that is at least T4. No re-rolls would be permitted from poison

The first roll.

Poor Quirk

Steve cheated at the 31 minute mark: Because the Thunder Hammer and Power Axe are both I1, the Thunder Hammer was stuck directing it's Attacks into the Screamer

Nice, we have found the level needed to balance out Quirk's luck.

I look forward to more 2,000 in ambush position vs 1,250 games.

Steve was right.

I just checked Canis and, at least for the real word, it can be either.
Also, ichor is 'eye-kor' not 'ick-or'.

Steve at 13 minutes your grenade was out of range.

@Quirk

@1:00:56 you had not run the Pluage Bearers or the Pink Horrors in the Shooting Phase. It's simple things like that you need to do to help counter your rotten luck.

Plague Bearers can't run for being slow and purposeful. All Daemons of Nurgle have it

I haven't laughed this much at a batrep since the GorkaMorka campaign. Quirk - amazing. Great work guys!

Hi guys great game, apologies for bringing this up but checked my codex and faq on the long fangs and couldn't find an option to take bolt guns on them only heavy weapon upgrades. Apologies again in case I've missed something that says they can take them now.

The Warp storm engulfed the feeble hive world of Nurades with Kaleidoscopic flame. The Deathwolves of Lord Harald Deathwolf's Great Company, surged forth to begin their hunt. After pushing into the northern polar reaches, they advanced cautiously forwards into a string of abandoned fortifications said to be cursed by the Nuradean peoples.
