Malifaux Figures and Display Table Update
http://www.battlebunker.com
G'day everyone - Just a quick response to a video I watched from http://www.youtube.com/LarkinVain in which he shows some things on his "paint table" ... specifically the Ice Golem for Malifaux.
The Ice Golem belongs to the faction called Arcanists and is part of the box set that includes Rasputina as their master. I also have this set and will be painting them up shortly.
Check out Malifaux ... http://www.wyrd-miniatures.com
Thanks for watching

Pinning miniature figures to a scenic/resin base
This is a really quick video slideshow of how I pin my figures to resin bases.
Usually resin bases are solid, allowing you to drill into them with a pin vice and attach your miniature ... this makes the join between the base and the figure MUCH stronger, helping to ensure they don't break of easily.
Thanks for watching, Viv. |

40k Smoke stack / refinery scenery, nice and quick
Hey guys, I'm going to put up a number of videos like this one. Let me know if you dont like the style of presentation etc.
This is the foundation for a simple refinery piece, essentially it looks like a smoke stack - the aim was to put sevral tubes down and flesh them out with various smaller pipes and tubes.
So far we have the basic shape, next we will keep adding more details, to this and several other pieces. |

Using / Collecting recyclable items for making sce
Just a quick bit about how I go about putting together unusual industrial type scenery primary for 40k.
Keep ALL the stuff that you would normally chuck out (except for food obviously), they will come in handy at some point in time.
In this vid I show lots of large stuff, I didnt delve into the boxes that have the small fun stuff to use - perhaps next time.
Dont forget to check out my shop! www.battlebunker.com, or visit us at 304 Nicholson Street, Fitzroy - Melbourne, Austraila.

Plaster effects on Tudor Buildings Part4b
This continues on from Part 4a ... damn 10 minute limit!
Episode 4 in the how to make a tudor building series. In this video we see 5 different methods for adding plaster effects to simulate the wattle and daub sidings on the buildings.
The same methods I use in this video can also be used on the actual model itself ... I simply used the 'demonstration piece' to show how various effects can be achieved.
I hope you find this useful and don't forget to subscribe! |
