Why doesnt simple green work?

So im trying to use simple green to strip some of my plastic models and it doesn't work.

I left about 25 models in there for over 3 days now I scrub and scrub and pretty much nothing comes off and I LITERRALLY scrub and scrub ( i almost broe the toothbrush) so all purpose simple green doesnt work or am i just skippig a step?

comment or PM me what im doing wrong cause i just spent $20 bucks on that thing (about 4 litres)

i use mouthwash with something in it.. forgot what its called but it works like a charm 24 hours and a little scrubbing and poof they are clean

put a few drops of water on it

try leaving it in some brake fluid for a while. it has worked for me. after you brush, clean them off with some soap and water, too. However, remember that you can't just throw it down the drain. you have to dispose of it properly. There's usually a county depot where they can depose of that kind of thing. hope this helps!

Did you use a sealant/hardcoat on the models? I've had trouble with simple green kn models with a gloss coat; it just doesn't break it up. Try some nail polish remover on the models to losen up the sealant (or the paint) but don't let it sit to long on the model it can deform plastics. Then try the green again. And there is a lot of scrubbing either way.

use nail polish remover, just as good as acetone. just leave your minis in the solution for ten minutes, brush and repeat.
