@Lumppu: I've always played it that it was hit automatically since once it deep-struck (?) it counts as immobilized and is therefore automatically hit in CC.
I might be wrong though!

@Lumppu: Drop Pods automatically count as immobilized when they have entered play. No matter what, auto-hits on immobilized tanks in CC.
