Matthew's Chicken Wing Recipe


1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions: Mix it all together. Microwave for a minute or two until hot.

Makes enough for 40-60 regular size wings.


Chicken Wings (split with tips removed)
Oil (Vegetable Oil, or whatever you want to deep fry them in)
White Flour
Kitchen Garbage Bag

Instructions: Put chicken wings in the garbage bag. Add some oil. Shake until coated. Add some flour. Shake until coated. Continue adding flour until they stop looking wet. Deep fry until crispy.

I like to dip them in the sauce rather than adding the sauce to the wings as it helps keep them crispier.
