@Untoldmyth: Ouch, that's pretty harsh, and it's sad that you think that is why I wanted to change the rule.

I try to evaluate how a rule feels, not how I can win a playtest.

Be careful Matt, like Dave said earlier, you can't re-evaluate rules based on a missed roll or failed attempt! Look at the rule in the context of the whole and base decisions off of singular circumstance! You biggest obstacle in play-testing is that you want to win so badly that your judgement sometimes becomes impaired!

i think you should be using more of a scatter system from 40k then the deviate system from warmachine.....then you can it on target

Medics should be able to cure Commanders from the infector. So perhaps on a 50/50 roll with the medic you could heal a commander that has been infected. OR both the medic AND the commander forfeit their action to heal the commander.

I would like to suggest a few tweaks to this scenario. How about every Sqaud and Solo can only Carry one Token, but you name a Place in your Deployment zone, where you can stash your Tokens. Every Token stashed is either not removable by your enemy or counts three times.

@Vexxus: I agree. However my issue was with how it felt that I was just grabbing forage tokens early on, and the fought later.

However, you are right, you really should wait until the game is over to make evaluations.

I think in some ways it's better 4 your guys to run off the board because you are 100% sure you'll get that point for the token
