The only thing that bothered me about this is the random models not in their army on the side tables before the game, at first I was like 'wait josh is taking a trukk' then he didn't name it and I was disappointed and then there was a model on its side on the other table and I was like 'PICK IT UP'

Hi, cool battle report as always Josh =) I'm not sure why everyone complaining about this guy on youtube, seemed okay to me, but w/e.

Just a minor thing, at around 1:14:30 when the flyer exploded, it's 6" as it's a flyer. It looked like maybe the terminator was in range.
Most explosions are 3" so just thought I'd throw this in.

Aren't the sponsons on the super heavy two twin-heavy bolters and a heavy bolter?

spudmonkey (8 weeks ago): - delete
No, baneblade sponsons are a lascannon and either a twin heavy bolter or a twin heavy flamer

Athreus (8 weeks ago): - delete
Jeez this guy doesn't know his GK rules.

And why takes the fists on the dreads when a sword is the same points and does d6? :S

Because double-fists gives you and extra attack.

What a close game, all the way to the end.

captmytre (8 weeks ago): - delete
Game was probably a draw. NDK perilled at the end, when it dies it would have done D3 mortal wounds to the squad near by. His flyer wouldn't count.

Reg the flyer holding objectives:

Thats an article on the community page, definately not a rules source untill the chapter approved book comes out

Moraca4 (9 weeks ago): - delete
It is an ifficial FAQ on the rulebook though... too bad they don't mention anything about hover mode for flyers and how they interact with objectives.

Ahkris (9 weeks ago): - delete
The FAQ only states that you lose the game if all you have left is flyers. Not being able to score is not in the FAQ currently.

Well when I see ITC rules, we call those the Matched rules... Because those are what matter. Arguing that %u201Cit%u2019s not official%u201D is moot - but that falls under %u201Chave that discussion with your opponent before the game.%u201D
In summary - flyers don%u2019t hold objective in My town. Haha

16:25 Apothecary's automatically heal D3 wounds. You only have to roll a 4+ if you are trying to revive a fallen model.

3:35 GM NDK only has smite plus one psychic power!! So many time I have seen people choose two powers plus smite.

I feel the overall quality of the armies being displayed in MWG battlereports has gone down. All kinds of different bases and basing within an army, squads that dont match at all.

I blame Dave - his Chaos set a bad example! Haha

twilightknight (8 weeks ago): - delete
Maybe its because us the viewers have complained about wanting to see more variety in the armies and lists. It takes either a lot of time or a lot of money to produce all the options. I'm sure there are limitations preventing them from having every single option for every single model

To confirm are you guys talking about my Deathwatch?

swisstifer (8 weeks ago): - delete
I dont see how... Your bases seems pretty unified except the watch captain.

The army looks awesome Josh! When are you going to do the video where you showcase it? I%u2019m just starting a deathwatch army myself, so I%u2019m really looking forward to it.
