small minor rule questions

this will hopefully be short.(forgive spelling)
nothing here shoul greatly inpact the game but i have been wondering.
1. falling on a nother modle- it's unlikely that it will ever hapen but it could so how would that work would both modles be hit or would you simple move a modle out of the why
2. blast templates- first of are all blast wepons going to be 2D with only a width or are they going to become 3D in the futer also are all blast templates gonig to be droped down as in you shote at a unit in a three story bilding and it scatures to ground level
3.X'lanthouse Vortex cannon- is the pull 3D or 2D like the blast

1. Not addressed in the rules. needs to be looked at.

2. No rules have, and doubtfully will, be implemented along those lines. 3D templates are very messy, more in the fact that they are bulky, and generally unusable except in a virtual world (unless they are of course hemispheres, but even then they aren't particularly helpful except for visual effects)

3. As above. Doubtful 3D templates will be implemented. But if they are I would assume all templates become 3D unless otherwise specified.

This is about the Flash Grenades for Dark Potential.
Flash Grenades in this game are somewhat underpowered becouse most of their efects work 50/50 of the times.
I think that Flash Grenades should also have an efect that makes the enemies hit by it have its weapon´s range decressed to half. (sniper would have 6 Rg. Plasma Projecter would have 4 Rg)
This will also work on a 4+ as usual.
