Sounds like the specialist troops are elites but can be taken as troops with certain HQs, and Chaos Lords are pretty good and definitely capable of leading any type of army.

I agree with Bujiga on this one. Just post released rumors on a existing thread for a reference don't post a entire thread for a single rumor.
