Do warbeasts give soul tokens when killed? Because warjacks dont give them right? but they are machine and warbeasts are well... beasts and living... so i was just wondering.

Not all do. Like I think circles construct ones don't and all of legion of everblights are soulless. The card will specify if they don't have a soul.

Yes I believe if it specifies Soulless, Constructs or Undead then no soul token. Undead I'm unsure about but it makes sense that they wouldn't give one.

Ok and the solo keeps it even if it doesnt use it right? like after that turn it doesnt lose it?

Yes. You would only lose a soul token if the model used it for some purpose or they changed into Focus the next turn as it is with Warcasters and some jacks.
