This question is directed to the staff of MWG. I bought my ticket for the tourney but i dont know what time to get there. The club opens at 12pm but will the tourney start before that? Also, how are you guys with proxies? Instead of getting pathfinder models (waiting for plastic/finecast ones) i converted firewarriors. Is that all right?

Those should be fine. As long as your opponent can tell what it is and what it's armed with, its all gravy.

We open early on tournament days, aim to arrive for 10am to sign in. First round starts at 11am.

No, you don't have to be fully painted. Obviously you lose eligibility for Best Painted army, but it's completely fine for you to play with an unpainted force.

Yep, commissioned armies are ineligible for best painted. If we find out someone won a painting prize from us using a commissioned army they'd be considered cheaters.
