Hey does anyone know what rules and models i could use to make this army? i was thinking canada's black watch and using monty's meatgrinder, but i have been told they don't make this book anymore :/

Yes the book is out of print on its own, however it is now within this book.

I agree with Makarov on the book. The only other list that would be suitable would be the generic rifle company in Fortress Europe, but you're probably better off with TT.

As for models, you'll want to use late war british rifle platoons and their appropriate support figures. Flames of War has rules for pipers in scottish regiments, but the rules don't allow for them in Canadian highland regiments. That shouldn't stop you from putting a piper on your 2ic base.
