Neither - we won't be using Strategic Assets except for the ones that come with formations.

Ok I was hoping to use legion relic with belial, however that is cool. There is an asset called ambush for the master of chapter formation that hits every single single enemy unit before the game starts. will that be in play? I hope not cause that could eat up a lot of play time before the game even starts.

Anything that applies to "every enemy whatever" will only apply to the enemy across the table from you.

Obviously anything else would waste a lot of time, and be rather overpowered.
