Welcome back for our Third posting thread for the MWG Army Painter Motivational Challenge (a day early) for October!
I still need to update all the points from the previous thread (schoolwork yay, I will finish that up soon)
Last month, by my count, we had a grand total of 3441 points posted! That's one side of an Apocalypse battlefield!

Nah, its about painting an army over a year. This way you'll probably get an army done ^^ you use a 'joker' when you didn't finish your pledge (10% of total army every month). You only have 2 jokers so bleh^^

As I mentioned in my own painting blog for this year, I didn't paint anything for the month of September. Fortunately I had time to assemble all of the models that I had still in boxes and I am going to paint enough stuff this month. 1 joker used. Also, Norsehawk, are you going to change the points that each one has painted? They look the same as the did the previous month?

@Nikolas: He will update the list, the list is the same as last month. But I dunno when he'll update it.
@Canihazgauss: I think you're also too late to sign up. everyone at the start says "i am going to paint X amount of points in models for an army". Every month you have to do 10% of it and if you can't you use a joker = 1 month free off, but next month you need it done + the amount needed for the current month.

Sorry for not getting everything updated yet, I will get to it in the morning. I am going to college for an education degree, and as of now I am going to college full time and spending any weekdays that I have off in classrooms observing as well.
As to people who want to sign up now, yes you can, but you are going to have to paint like a daemon to catch up. You are already down 2 jokers, remember, you can earn a joker back by painting 20% of your army points for that month.

Okay so I am switching up my army for the Challenge, instead of Necrons I am going for my Chaos and same point cost, so expect my painting done sometime soon...for this month at least.

Well for October I've finished my second troop choice for the blood angels being another assault squad and with weapon setups this comes to 170 points for the unit.
I painted up 11 Gun Drones, and 1 Marker Drone. 2 of the Gun Drones completed a Piranha. That's 85 points for the Piranha, and 96 for a Squad of 8 Gun Drones. The last two drones - 1 Gun and 1 Marker - are going to be Wargear for something, likely a Stealth Team.
That's a grand total of 401 Points to date. I've got my last Tau Joker back
