Good win brother.

Just double check though as I do not believe your beasts could have charged first turn. Would have been ok if Chaos went first though.

That's what it was in 6th, not 100% in 7th. For next time.

Commander Name: Phaeron Nosnibor
Faction: Necrons
Subfaction: Resokakh Dynasty
Alliance: CAAI
Planet Targeted: Chantillax
Game Size Played: 5k Apoc
Was this a fluffy/thematic list?: Yes
Were weather effects used? If so, which one was generated?: no
Were character injuries used?: no
Result: Victory!!
CP Earned: 32

When the eldar of the Ulthuwé craftworld and a group of Space Wolves realized that there was an opportunity to bring down Phaeron Nosnibor, they jumped at the opportunity. With his flank seemingly down, they cold not resist.
However, this was a trap, for the Phaeron knew that they would attack. When the armies met each other, a bloodbath ensued. The massive armies met each other in an open field and slaughtered each other. At the end of the day, the Necrons were victorious.

Again, I was unable to keep up to give a play by play breakdown of the game, but the best thing was the eldar player never rolling a 6 to wound to get AP 2 and my squad of 7 warriors (they were hurt, of course) taking down a landraider singlehandedly. Also, I regret not being able to take pictures. The eldar player had only 1300 points painted.

Commander Name: Farseer Oz'Rai
Faction: Eldar
Subfaction: Biel-Tan
Alliance: Eldar Alliance
Planet Targeted: Jander’s Beacon, sub-sector Yina
Game Size Played: 1,500 pts
Was this a fluffy/thematic list?: Yes, Swordwind themed army
Were weather effects used? If so, which one was generated?: Yes, No effect rolled :(
Were character injuries used?: Yes. Farseer survived
Result: Win. 6 to 1
CP Earned: 16CP

Opposition: Chaos Daemons Khorne list

Farseer Oz'Rai stood on the balcony of the once human palace in the North-west continent of Virlis Prime. The forces of Biel-Tan had cleared the city of the orks and cleansed all of the Ork spores. Preparations for the campaign against Orks and Necrons on the planet were about to commence. However, something within the farseers spirit stone didn't feel right and had been for the last few days.

As if there was some sub-conscious warning, Farseer Oz'Rai needed to meditate in isolation away from the current distraction on Virlis Prime.

After a couple of days of meditation the symbol of Khorne continued to appear a long with a particular image of a shrine. The image of the shrine was the key. Farseer Oz'Rai took a shuttle back up to his fleet in orbit around Virlis Prime and consoled with his navigators. Using the ships logs and star maps the scanners picked up the image of the shrine on the planet Jander’s Beacon which was a neighbouring planet in the sector. Oz'Rai immediately set a course to the planet heeding his visions.

Upon arriving at Jander’s Beacon the pull on the farseer's spirit stone was much greater, the taint of chaos was present. A communications officer on the bridge interrupted the farseers thoughts informing him that they were being hailed by a ranger on the planet with the Alaitoc craftworld identity. The farseer opened the comms and the ranger hailed the arrival and picked up their scans of the planet. The ranger informed the Farseer that a Daemon Prince of Khorne was present in one of the cities on the planet and daemons of khorne were slaughtering the cities occupants and had already slain all the cities defences.

The more the daemons killed the stronger they became. The calling was clear, the Daemon Prince needed to be killed or the planet would be lost and would soon sweep over to Virlis Prime.

Farseer Oz'Rai assembled his Stormwind and readied for planet fall.

Mission was Emperors Will and was a Dawn of War deployment.

Chaos Daemons deployed and went first, Eldar deployed in a defensive position knowing that those hounds would come up quick. Scout moves were done and Scorpions decided to outflank since there were so many flesh hounds on the board. I rolled and rolled a 6 and stole the initiative.

Image

Eldar turn 1. With stealing the initiative I decided not to really move a lot, just moved long range weapons into line of sight and within range etc. The falcon took a wound off the daemon prince with his pulse laser, the wave serpent destroyed the weapon off the daemon cannon and then used its shield to do another 2 glances onto the cannon wrecking it and giving Eldar first blood.

Chaos turn 1. Everything moved up full distance and the daemon prince hit the skies. Unit of 20 bloodletters stayed back on the objective. Chaos storm did nothing.

Eldar turn 2. Crimson hunter came on but scorpions did not. Jetbikes and Vypers moved into range of the hounds. Wave Serpents positioned to be in sight of the daemon prince and bloodcrushers. Crimson Hunter shot at the daemon prince and only did 1 wound, however it did knock him out of the sky but his save saved him. The falcon shot into the prince but once again he saved all his invul's. The jetbikes failed to do much damage to the hounds killing on a couple. The vypers faired better killing most of a squad with cannon fire. With the jetbikes not doing much the wave serpents had to focus on the hounds and 6's for the shield shots helped take down most of the squads.

Image

Daemons turn 2. Another squad of 20 bloodletters arrived and attemped to deep strike just near the Eldar objective but scattered 11" backwards. The daemon prince moved up with the bloodcrushers and the hounds moved up to charge range. Chaos storm did no damage. First set of hounds rolled a 3 on charge distance needing a 5. Another squad made it into a jetbike squad loosing 1 to overwatch both did 1 wound drawing combat.. The third squad made it into the Falcon with the fire dragons only taking 1 hull point off. The daemon prince charged into a wave serpent exploding it. Only 1 dire avenger died and the farseer was uninjured.

Image

Eldar turn 3.
The crimson hunter moved across the board to get a clear shot of the bloodcrushers. The falcon moved across and off loaded the fire dragons in front of the bloodcrushers. The farseer cast guide onto the dire avenger squad and then mind war against the Daemon Prince, rolling a 1 and the daemon prince a 2 the mind war was a draw. The Dire Avengers shot into Daemon Prince and using the 1 use warlord trait were able to reroll 1's to wound and take down the Daemon Prince. The vypers finished off one of the squads of hounds, a squad of jetbikes with the wave serpent did the same to the squad that failed the charge. Fire dragons shot into the bloodcrushers and they made all of their 5++ saves. The Crimson hunter shot into them instant killing 3 of them. Jetbike and hound combat both failed to do any wounds.

Chaos Turn 3.
Bloodcrushers moved an inch away from the fire dragons. Bloodletters moved up to charge the Dire Avengers with the farseer. Bloodletters lost 5 to overwatch and rolled an 8 to charge and needed a 9 :(. Bloodcrusher killed all of the fire dragons. Jetbike vs hounds both failed to wound.

Eldar Turn 4.
Second wave serpent with dire avengers disembarked to take care of the bloodletters as did the jetbikes. Vypers moved up to start on the letters in their deployment zone on the objective. Farseer cast guide on the second squad of dire avengers and then eldritch storm killing 6 bloodletters. The combined fire of the guided dire avengers, jetbikes and wave serpent took out the squad of bloodletters. The bloodcrushers were killed by the falcon and other squad of dire avengers. Jetbike vs hounds both did 1 wound.

Image

Chaos turn 4.
Bloodletters at objective moved around better into cover. Jetbike vs hounds combat was a draw.

Eldar Turn 5.
Dire Avengers got back into Wave serpent. Vypers, wave serpent, jetbikes and scorpions all moved towards the last squad of bloodletters. Hounds finally killed last of jetbike squad.

Image

Chaos Turn 5. Last hound moved into Eldar deployment zone out of line of sight.

Game continued.

Eldar Turn 6.
Squads moved around the building into the bloodletters on the objective. Mass fire power killed the whole squad.

Game was over.

Commander Name: Lil'Stompa da Konkerer
Faction: Proppa green Orks
Sub-faction: Goffs
Alliance: CAAI
Planet Targeted: Sub-sector Yina - 612
Game Size Played: 1850 points
Was this a fluffy/thematic list?: Yes, Armoured Krumpany against blobs of rat-people IG
Were weather effects used? If so, which one was generated?: We rolled and got none.
Were character injuries used?: Yes, my Big Mek warboss suffered grievous wounds, having his armour sundered and his eyesight damaged.
Results: Orks - 1 Objective, First Blood, Warlord, Linebreaker 6 x 4 Rat Imperial Guard - 1 Objective and Warlord
CP Earned: Orks 15

I'm in no mood to write Orkish so I'll just give a quick summary on the game I had earlier this week.

Tried out a new list using 3 Dakka-Wagons (4 Big Shootas and IWND) that were given to 3 squads of Lootas by MANz and a Big Mek with KFF on bike riding behind the vehicles to keep them safer. Boys had Big Shootas and rode Trukks with Big Shootas as well.

He had two nasty 50-men blogs with lascannons and primaris psykers diving them divination, 2 Wyvern Battery with 2 on each, vendettas and some vets on chimeras. It was a nasty army but...

... I stealed the initiative and it all went great, Lootas and Big Shootas spam is as close as Orkz can get to Alpha Striking an opponent. My luck was that he didn't went with his Leman Russ spam list.

His blobs went to ground when shot by the Big Shootas but his Command Squad fell to the lootas making them unable to cheat that using orders, then it was all focusing fire a turn at a time until he called the game turn 4. Flyers are no problem when you can glance them to death.

The game was fun but I'll be trying to convince people to play unbound since I can't use allies because of the campaign. I'm sure most people won't mind and I'll be able to make some fun lists.
Oi, ya git! Get ya lazy arse roight into our Group Builds! Be da best Mek and loot all da pieces!

You could take Daemons, Necrons, and Nids if you wanted too, just make sure you follow the allies chart. If you requesting, a unit of warriors and more will always be there to help you
