I think you've got it there mate!

Only thing i can suggest is a wash of devlan mud, it would give the cloth some depth and bring out the detail!

I would like to see more of the army mind, they look class.

I think they look good too. :)
As GavKnox said use a wash to bring out some more detail and I would thin out the paint abit as well  .

Cheers

Step 1: Dip brush in pot.

Step 2: Apply liberally to the model.

If you want to brighten the model up a little you can throw some highlights on the edges, this will add a whole new world of detail.

With regular paint, no.

But here are my suggestions.

Prime your models if you allready didn't. They look like the paint is chipping off. Thin your paints. Thick paint can really obscure those fine little details that bring out the model's looks. And the gold you use is a little bright. Vostroyan uses a bronze color.

Other than that, looks like you have some really good painting skills. I really loved how your tank came out. I think it looks amazing. Great job on it!

Ive tried a couple of different ways of painting the armor. None have really came out the way i wanted. But, for the next guys ill thin the paint and try some different colors for the armor. The Bolter Loader has more of a bronze color in person it just looks gold in the pic.

Do you have any suggestions for the armor? Color wise.

New Tank Pic (re-did the stripes) They're darker in person.

What you have is good, just that replace the gold with bronze.

Enough to where your paint won't blob up, but not too think enough to where it's runny.

It's really hard to, so you just have to add a little at a time.

By the way, the strips on that Russ look great!

Again, good job!
