Hmm, well thanks everyone for your ideas as well as the paint removing tips.

I think I might either try a kind of dark green for the main colour, with white as the other colour (a bit like Natakue's if you watch any tau vids on youtube, but instead of light green bits, its white) either that or a blue/white/black scheme.

Anyway, also great idea about using the spare parts as colour testers as well!

Oh btw, the dark green would be slightly lighter than natakue's.

I painted my tau a black and white colour scheme, with blue as an alternate colour (on the Shas'ui warriors).

My dad just bought the Tau codex and there isn't really an 'original' Tau scheme. GW made so many armies for the Tau using all the good complimentery schemes. The best you can do is tweak it a little.

SHEEB! Hey man, I haven't seen you on here in ages now :P
I watched your Tau vids which were pretty good, and have helped me to decide to go with Tau so thanks man.

Anyway, the link you gave me didn't work (but I think its just me). For some reason, sometimes when i click into a link and it comes up in a new tab, it minimizes the whole internet browser to a approx 3x4 cm box which doesn't usually matter besides being annoying, but it seems to be the thing which isn't letting your pics come up...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
