people with disablilities could have banded to greather. the disabilities could be from blindness and other forms of sensoryloss to the loss of apendeges. while getting minuses to some atributes and situations they could depending on the disability have mechanical or inhanced areas. so a deaf could have better vission or a man with one led have a mechanical one that while slowihg him down could let him jump higher or in to combat.
i would call them "the increase Anttenuate" or the I.A. it means increase as in becoming better but anttenuate is to weaken or be weakened. so it meanes to be better for their disabilities.
