Ideas for models

Necromunda models are great for this IMO. Also some fantasy models too.

Have you guys considered using Warzone minis to represent factions. They have been out of circulation for a while and the guy that owns the rights to them would probably cut you a good deal to use them. It would be a great jumping off point until you got production up and running. They have heavy armor units and guys wearing bearskin capes and the like. It would just be a matter of dusting off the molds and changing the graffics on the blister cards.

Alrighty, i'll try to answer that as best i can.

1) silver-platypus, No gundam for you! heh this is post apocalyptic, as in lack of technology, not space robots with rediculous powers blasteing everything

2) necromunda minis are nice, but i do believe MWG plans to release their own sets at some point in the future

I bought a couple boxes of Imperial Guardsmen. 20 models should be more than enough for most battles.
Sometimes I play all the Elves. Sometimes I play Eldar or IG. But between school and warhammer, how's a fella supposed to eat?

I've been using Heroscape figures for playtesting, due to the fact they come in a variety of 'flavors' and can easily be repainted.

They're very cheap, $10 gets you 5 - 8 figures and $20 can get ya some of the large guys and $30+ can get ya a nice bunch of em and you also get to now what your getting, unlike most of the collectible miniatures games. The above are just some examples of figures that I thin fit in with the game.
Space Orks - Big Mek Azak Mostdakka's Warband - About 470 Points
Space Marines - Blood Ravens - 500 Points even
Wins: 8
Loses: 15
Draws: 3
