I would suggest swapping out the Skulltaker, for a regular Herald. Then lower the amounts of Juggernauts too, maybe to Three? Basically, you need more troops. 7 Bloodletters will die pretty fast, as will your Horrors.Maybe try

HQ: Herald of Khorne on Juggernaut, Fury of Khorne, maybe some other upgrades.
Fateweaver (He is powerful, but man, he is expensive in 1000.)

If I remember right, this should be below 1000m and you have rooms for Upgrades. If I'm honest, you need more Anti-tank. Those Hellblades are useless if all the nice squishy infantry is inside a Rhino or other Vehicle.

I would say take out fateweaver as he is too expensive for 1000 ponts. Your main problem is not many objective holders. I would suggest getting some plaugebearers if you can.
