its been done before, most of the time it turns out silly but it can be done.
If im not mistaken one of our fellow forum members (Cheech I beleive) converted some really sweet looking ODST guardsmen.

Sweet. If I did it I would have a Captain and a Space Marine Commander(Master Chief) and I would make the Sentinels Warthogs and make Valkaries Pelicans. But it not gonna be a while till I do it if do it at all, I just want some ideas.

Warthogs might make better chimeras, a friend of mine use to use an old warthog toy as a chaos rhino for a while.

well warthogs only hold 3 guys, so I think they'd make better sentinals
also, why is there a space marine? why not use straken as MC?

yes but once you remove the driver and the gunner from the toy there is alot of room for guardsmen to stand around, and the size diffrence, they are larger then a rhino in every way so they wouldnt make good sentinels. Anyways there is enough room on the gun platform to fit most of the guardsmen.

well why dont you get these warthogs for chimera's? Just make the "passengers" fire the main guns
and Im talking fluff wise, not actual model wise
