I'm seeing way too man upgrades on those vehicles.
This is my first run at a dark eldar army list. I have always liked the idea of a wych army so here is my first try at one
Archon - 145 Huskblade Ghostplate armour Combat drugs Soul Trap Clone field If you want a pure Wych theme, then lose the Archon for another Succubus or, better yet, some Reavers for anti-tank. Otherwise, at least give him a Venom Blade as well as his Huskblade.
Hekatrix Bloodbrides * 9 - 177 Razorfials * 3 Syren Agoniser If you keep the Archon, I assume he'll go here? If that's the case (as it should be) they need 3 Shardnet and Impalers to stop him from getting hit.
Raider - 85 Torment grenade launcher Flickerfield Night shield Night Shields are hardly worth it and you could do without the TGL.

Razorwing - 195 Splinter Cannon Dark Lances NecroToxin Missiles Night shields Flickerfield What are you firing at that is T5+ anyway? You shouldn't be firing at any such target, so the Necrotoxins are completely wasted. The Night Shields have got to go too.
That said, your army has hardly any AT outside of Haywire Grenades, and while they're OK, they're better used as back-up AT, not as your primary source, so you need some Ravagers in here.
Razorwing - 175 Splinter Cannon Dark Lances Monoscythe Missile Night shields Flickerfield As above, drop it. That should give you enough points for a third Ravager.

I'd personally drop the Archon, shave the Wych squads back to about 7-8 models each, drop the Razorwings and then take 3 Ravagers, two units of 3 Reavers with Heat Lances and a unit of Beastmasters (3 Beastmasters, 5 Khymera and 4 Razorwing Flocks). Hopefully it'll fit.
