My eventual goal is to have an entire Battle company of marines and I was wondering how best to outfit the commanding units and (if necessary) which units to attach them to:

The commanding units:
Captain
Librarian (he is going with a squad of accompaning Sterns, so don't mind him)
Chaplain
Command squad

Other squads in company:
6x 10 man Tac squads in Rhinos
2x Bike squads (full strength)
4x 5 man Dev squads in Razorbacks

Captain (go fluffy build or Relic Blade + Storm Bolter)
Librarian (he is going with a squad of accompaning Sterns, so don't mind him) storm shield and storm bolter in terminator armour
Chaplain terminator armour (give an assault squad with lightning claws)
Command squad (banner, apothecary, champion, and 2 veterans with something to take on vehicles preferable 2 meltaguns, and possibly regular combat weapons or power swords)
