Thanks for the great compliment, it was actually my first ever try to get great blending on a mini.

Beautifully painted. you've kept the contrast and color in balance and maintained effective hue blending, i really like how your nmm is looking at this stage also, its very good.

I've just found out about nmm recently and yeah it requires a bit more knowledge than normal painting with respect to how light falls and reflects on metal but its end result is no doubt worth the effort. I think you have the hang of it though judging by this mini.

I was kinda satisfied over how the NMM on the tiny sword in his hand came out, but not so much about his shoulder pads. I luckily got a lot of Easterlings and they have gold armour, so I've a huge amount of practise possibilities.
