Japanese G.U.A.R.D. Mecha

Post by Fireman Tim » Thu Dec 18, 2008 11:54 am

I have decided to play a mixed Shadow Sun Syndicate / G.U.A.R.D. army. Here is my first GUARD repaint of a Defender X, code name "Saki"

I had to repin the waist as the stock figure looked like he was break dancing when I got him.

The JDF troops are GHQ 1/285 scale. I have a tonn more of these guys.

Absolutely stunning. Not ã lot more I can say about that.

I have been reading up on the Defender X and he is totally different than Zor-Raiden (who is a brawler). Defender X has lots of fire power which only gets more devistating in Ultra mode. It should be fun to play.

I kind of wish I had done the accent colour in red rather than blue. It would have been more Japanese. Oh well, maybe on my next one.

Looking great Tim! The added touch to the base is hilarioius, it really makes me relate this game to Godzilla. You should paint a Japan flag on one of their armbands.

P.s Any ETA on your ebay orders?
