Yup. My daughter and I played it just two days ago.

It's a fun game, but it's a better game to play than to write about.

Also, since it's a collectable game it gets spendy over time and runs into the same issues I've always hated about collectable games: He with the biggest pocket book has the best army.

I'd play it more if I knew more folks around here that played. Right now I'm kinda out of luck if I buy more monster boosters and get duplicates. No one around to trade with.

It's not imbalance, it's asymmetry

Our biggest problem is that the people who really love Monsterpocalypse at our club tend to have conflicting schedules, so we don't cross paths often enough.

I think the sign up sheet for the Leader Board should be going up in the club soon, and as soon as we get 8 people signed up, we will have our tournament.

On topic though, I love the game. I have always loved collectible games. It satisfies so many of my compulsive behaviours

It is a great game though, that does have a ton of neat quirks to it.

Joe, I think we should split on a stand-by army, so that if we face off, it's not Martian v Martian. How many Shadow Sun units do we have between us? I know I have one of their Series 2 Monsters
