The two eagle box set that came with out with the Hobbit.

I'm also a big fan of GW's original Radagast design.

Have that Radagast. Thou I have converted him to hold a sword and the Crow is sitting on a bransch from a fantasy Wood elf box in front of hm.

Mine favourite is the Cave Drake.

I recarved and painted the crow to look more like a hawk... seems more fitting to me, as Saruman had the crows.

they werent overpriced long ago, its the finecast and revamp from the new sourcebooks years ago and new forge organization chart that started to make lotr expensive.

It actually used to be cheap, 2x 24x mini boxes 1 named character and 1 random captain should be done an enough force for a big army and was cheap beneath 60$, now its insane just to get half of this like 300$

This isn't a Games Workshop model. It is a Forge World model Games Workshop is allowing to sell on their website. Also $550 for Smaug (in Australia) is much to expensive despite the fact it is a Forge World model.
