So I thought I'd start a Work In Progress thread so I have somewhere to post and not feel like I'm intruding lol..
So I has plenty of models to half painted.. will show pictures of these at a later time.. This is for my first ever 40k project.. My Brother-in-Laws Chaos SM army in Bleak Brotherhood colors. Please share your opinions, comments and criticisms as I'm still learning techniques and the ways of the master painters.. Any advice will be greatly appreciated and taken fully on board..
So here's a few shots of the in progress tester model I've painted for his army with the very limited color pallet I have.. Sorry for the crappy photos, all I have is my iPhone 3GS to take pictures with..

I am a big big fan of the brotherhood and you're making them look pretty good if I do say so myself! Better pics in a natural or white light would make them look even better than they do now

Thanks for the comment, I did take some pictures under the daylight lamp this morning. Will post them up when I finish work. Unfortunately though I think I broke my wife camera in the process so I'll be sticking with the iPhone in for the time being.

Ok here are the photos under the Daylight Lamp.. Done a bit of drybrushing and detailing. Still need to buy some more paint for the eyes/lense and the plasma cartridge..

A few Chaos SM I picked up dirt cheap, here's an image of them with some rather dodgy but somewhat convincing from a distance flame work before I've started to strip and repaint them..

Very good dude what other models do you have to paint up. I used to have a 1500pt steel legion army but got rid of it and now have a bllod angel and necron army

Currently these are all my brother-in-law has given me to paint, though a Demon Prince is on the way as well as a few Grey Knight Terminators. As for DE, I've got a Talos Pain/Cronos Parasite Engine on the way
