Looks awesome as heck man, only things I see is the grays on the wings seem not as smooth as the golds, but not horridly so. Also, though it maybe the pics, the reds seem a bit dull. Almost seems as if it could use another layer of a brighter red. Something I do on my gems (Eldar, so many gems sigh) is put a layer of gloss varnish over them after you dull coat. Adds a bit of shine a pop to the gems.
Looking forward to seeing more of your army, that model really does look top quality. Do you have any more models painted up?

Wonderful work here mate! I am not a fan of NMM personally but you have definitely got the technique down and it looks really impressive. I will be watching your thread here for more motivation and inspiration.
On a side note could we get some photos of the pain engine in front of a background so we could see the details. Right now it is really fuzzy as the camera is focusing on the stuff in the background. From what I can see it looks great but I would love to see some better photos of that.
