Gold membership

I just bought the gold membership and it says I get free stuff every month what does that ential and how do I go about getting it? I'm a newbie so I just wanted to be pushed in the right direction.

You earn 1 Bonus Point for each month you are a Member. You can find the instructions in the Members Vault area under the "Free Products" box on the right of the page.

does a gold member who bought lifetime has access to the same benefit?

No. Lifetime Members do not earn the VIP Bonus Credits.

Lifetime Gold Members get the additional 10% off in the Store.
