I know that to cancel my vault subscription, I have to email that one address.
However, I have done so and still have a vault subscription and have not received a reply. As much as I enjoyed my vault free trial and will likely one day join it for real, I cannot pay for it at the moment and if I'm charged, I will be overdrawn, etc, etc. All that nasty stuff.
I'm just wondering if I should email the support email again? Or should I just wait? Really concerned about this and would love to hear from someone about it.
