Vault Help!

Hey there.

I know that to cancel my vault subscription, I have to email that one address.

However, I have done so and still have a vault subscription and have not received a reply. As much as I enjoyed my vault free trial and will likely one day join it for real, I cannot pay for it at the moment and if I'm charged, I will be overdrawn, etc, etc. All that nasty stuff.

I'm just wondering if I should email the support email again? Or should I just wait? Really concerned about this and would love to hear from someone about it.

Normally support will answer within one business day, so if they haven't replied yet, try emailing again.

If that fails, then call our support number at 1-888-561-6860.
