Seems ok except a few things... visually deathspitters for tyrant seems appeal although t-link devourers are by far better in this points:

both with same cost:

Deathspitter:
- Ap5
- CanĀ“t hit AV 12 vehicles
- AP weapon results on vehicle penetrations actually count as it is on the dice, without discounting -1, so you can explode a vehicle with this

Devourer:
- +1 S
- can hit AV 12 vehicles
- no Ap value, but to counter if you glance vehicle to death, its good as dead anyway.
- twice as many shoots
- target suffers -1 to morale tests

So as weapon of choice I would pick devourer with brainleech worms, but up to you of course.
About the set of scything talons, you really want just 1 set to re-roll 1s to hit?
For me dont seems that much usefull, would be better 2x sets to re-roll in general than just 1, just cause its free I would rather take bonesword and lashwhip, why?

bonesword:
- eachtime he wounds a multiwound model, that model makes a LD test, if he fails he suffers instant death

lashwhip:
- reduces models in base contact with tyrant to I1 regardless of their actualy I value

So 2 weapons that make you lose re-rolls on 1s, but you gain a potencial instant death killing tool and a permanent to I1 reduction eachtime youre in melee.
Although this gear would benefit more with implant attack, even those bloodthirsters will have hard time makng through if that tyrant scores a 6 to wound with his many attacks, else you will get obliterated in 1 turn by him.

The remain list seems ok by far, dont forget you can get one of those tervigon using biomancy powers which render usefull indeed to boost up your units rather than giving FnP.

Other than this? List seems ok and good to go.

thanks for the input. Im having some problems with converting my tyrant so it can have both wings, BS & LW and TL Devourers since the wings are in the arm sockets and the devourers are in the other one.
Any ideas on how to convert the tyrant so i can have wings, bs & lw and devourers?

Or if you have the tervigon kit, use the tyrannofex fleshborer gun (those talons full of shooting spores that make him shoot those 20 S4 shoots) and use that as a t-link dev or give him a BS LW arms and attach devourer sponsors with green stuff conversion at his tail, like a scorpion or a lizardmen razordon shooting his bards from his tail or convert into the wings or chest somehow :P

Nice blue there. Sorry but that's the first thing I noticed :)
Putting devourers on wing tips is intresting, but I'm gonna convert mine with the devourers on its shoulders.
To me that seems more logical but I don't have the one with wings so you probably had more room for awesome experimentation.
