Attack zero times

-wraiths with coil charge squad, b2b with captain he is at I5 and is reduced to I1

I5 - captain doesnt strike reduced to 1
I4 - marines pile in and kill wraith with coil
I3 - skipped
I2 - wraiths attack
I1 - captain doesnt strike because at I4 he is returned to I5

Attack Twice

Wraiths get charged by just the captain, he makes b2b with a wraith without coil

I5- captain strikes
I4 - skipped
I3 - skipped
I2 - wraiths pile in making the coil in b2b with captain
I1 - Captain now I1 makes his attacks

Everything i have read doesn't dispute this
-no mention of only attacking once in a phase
-mentions models only make their attacks at their intiative step
