I believe that many of us all here have had a chance to play at least one or two games with the new rules. Having found them to be cool in many respects, there were other areas where I frowned, stared in a north-easterly direction, and cursed GW roundly. So post those rules or changes you agree with or hate the most and what you would do to help change, if you could and GW cared.
Mine:
1) Vehicles: Don't need a weapon skill. Hull points balanced vehicles out perfectly and if they had left it at that, it would be fine. But instead they had to assign a piece of metal on tracks or wheels a weapon skill. For example, first game of the new edition, my opponent sent a berzerker squad on bikes at my Land Raider that had gone all out. It had a WS 1 so therefore they hit it on a 3+ with a melta bomb and popped it -- all on turn one! I was, needless to say, quite pissed.
2) Hull Points: Leman Russ tanks need to get 4, not 3 HP, and Defilers need to get dropped back to 3 like all the other walkers in the armies.
3) Deny the Witch: Black Templar and Sisters of Battle should, as a result of their fluff, receive a 4+ Deny the Witch roll.
4) Flyers: Should get a 4+ jink save from Vector strikes, and always get a 5+ from ground attacks, even if they moved all out.

The only thing that bothers me is the fact that you can't assault after getting out of a transport that hasn't moved. Other than that, I don't like the change to Witchblades, but I'm biased there.

This and the changes to reserves (only 50% of your army and no charge from reserves). The reserve rules really screwed over WWP's completely.
I love throwing grenades though.

In theory it seems they nerfed close combat maybe a little too much, I'll wait to see what I think in practice though. At the end of the day I'm okay with having to whittle a squad down a bit before assaulting it, that'll come down to tactics and I'm okay with it. On that note though the one change I really don't like is no assaulting when arriving from reserves or getting out of a transport before it moves. The random charge distance and overwatch seem to be enough penalties to assault without those.
The rest I love so far.

Because he's the power creep Magic deserves, but not the one it needs right now. Because he can tank it. Because he's not balanced. He's a board sweeping powerhouse. A win condition pull.

Random charge distance is, in my opinion, mostly a positive thing. There is some uncertainty to how far you charge, but the average charge distance is now 7", as opposed to 6", and possibly higher. Obviously there's a chance of rolling poorly, but there's an equal chance that you'll roll well. Fleet did get slightly nerfed though.

Well, first of all the good far far outweight the bad. But so far I'm not too fond of the new fleet/waagh. But so far this is a vast improvement, not needing 6+ to melee LR means my orks actually have a shot at killing one!

Random charge lengths are ok for me personally, simply because your opponent was usually in cover anyway and you were rolling 1D6 to charge. Now its two, so higher the chance of the charge.
-No Outflank and assault. -No assaulting even if your vehicle didnt move. -Removing from the front due too wounds. -Challenges. -Deny the Witch for armies that have NO psykers present. -First Blood... the worst addition in my opinion. Further boosting shooty armies.
This edition nerfed the crap out of assault armies and in my opinion boosted shooty armies to the extreme. With the ones mentioned above and Overwatch.
I dont play them, but I absolutely feel for the poor Tyranid players.

its clear GW dont care about anti-psyker fluff armies from the allies table.
black templars going with pretty much everything that has a psyker in it? I DONT THINK SO!

- Price Dude, it is over 400 Pages of full colour. - Hardcover How can you not love hardcover? Sure it is heavy to transport but HARD COVER! - GW Okay, it is GW but you do play 40k... - Blood Angels/'Crons fistbump okay, +1 to you sir.
I don't like allies fluff, or how cheesy it can be. WS on vehicles and HP need to be balanced a bit...

I havent bought it yet either mainly because I'd rather spend $30-$40 more and get the models and terrain if the rumours are true.
And I am going to Aussie land within the next year for half a year so maybe we can play some warhammer 6th and go to school together. XD
I would get you a copy but shipping would be silly...
