Maybe they'll have it like in fantasy where each faction has its own kind of magic, and those are just the sort of "Neutral pool" of psykic types. So maybe Orks will have their own Psyker type or whatever, and it'll be betta 'den all 'de ofers, cuz Orks iz da bestest!

I guess its a lasgun ammo cartridge tin, probably for the dice and such
and I also guess that the dice in the gammers edition set of the rulebook come with "lasgun red" coloured dice only available from that.
