It's not even close. This guy has no robes on his legs and no skulls on his backpack. Also, Salamanders use Flamers and Melta, but the WD spine pic has a Plasma.

Well there is a very obvious salamander logo in it.

This is definitly not a salamander, I don't see any salamander logo anywhere and as stated, he's wearing a robe and using a plasma pistol, neither of which are common practices for any Sally I know of.

There's a fair chance it might be Cypher, but, failing that, it's almost definitly Dark Angel.

And it's obviously a Dark angel, Salamanders don't use robes, due to them catching on fire etc. It's going to either be Cypher, but I doubt it since he has black armor since he is a fallen. Which leaves one more. Azreal.

It doesn't look like a plasma pistol to me, much more like a combi-plasma seeing as the plasma coils are on the bottom of the weapon. Also it is too long to be a pistol I think.

that is a Salamander.. the Tome of Fire is an Artefact Vulkan He'stan uses to locate the other relics the Salamanders primarch left behind for them...

although the figure is most deffinately not Vulkan
