reinforcement points

im new to AOS sorry for a noob questions. ind reinforcement points u need to save points if you one to summon units. but is a comand ability the same as a ability / spell fx abhorrant ghoul king god the comand ability summon men at arms. so my question is should I save P to yous it or only save p to yous the spell summon ghouls ?

Reinforcement Points and the ability to bring models back are clearly laid out in the General's Handbook.

Quite simply this:
1) If the ability brings a new unit into the game, you MUST pay for it with Reinforcement Points, or the unit is lost and the ability counts as being used. This is not limited to summoning. This is ANY ABILITY that adds a new unit to the board.

2) If the ability allows you to add to an existing unit, you do not have to pay for these models with Reinforcement Points. However, as stated by Venze, the unit being affected may not go above its original starting size. If you have a unit of Ghouls that started as 20 models, got knocked down to 15, then you managed to restore 7, you can restore the unit back to 20, but the additional 2 are lost.
