Welcome back to the hobby! It should be a very fun project, building a 30k army, I hope to collect a 30k legion myself one day!

As for finding a game, it is usually a little easier than you think, I thought no one where I lived would play Ninth Age, and I've just found a facebook page of 124 members! It will be really hard to start, but find one person and they'll know another and then that person runs a secret club. A bit like finding a guy in an online game, didn't think he might be a wargamer but he is just the person to get you back in!
