1250 PTS NIGHT LORDS LIST :3

What do you guys think of this list, i assembled it with what i got, i feel like i need a heavy hitter but not sure on what to get, i got some extras i didnt use at the end in case of suggestions ty on advance :D <3
(for tournament, battalion mandatory, uni faction also, no LOW or super heavy)

First off i would take the missile launcher out of the csm squad, it is harder to hit with it if you move them and i feel like they are more effective when mobile. Second i would swap the plasma raptors with the melta raptors because the melta guns let them charge after firing while the plasma guns dont. Third off i would swap your warp talons with the predator, this gives you that heavy impact unit you were looking for and i dont quite think warp talons are as good as people want them to be just yet. Other than that the list looks pretty good

I have used warp talons quite abit and they just dont stack up well. A group of 5 is too fragile and you will notice a dip even when one dies.

If u want swap them for melta raptors and that skim points and swap the hell drake for the predator. Again i find the tin foil turkey doesnt pull its weight anymore.

I cant see how those noise marines are getting around or pulling their weight. They would need a rhino to be effective

Is that a Raptor specific rule, 'cause there ain't no such rule preventing you from charging after firing ANY weapon in 8th Edition.

Of course, such a rule DID exist in 7th Edition...

Hi guys, i readed your suggestions. and i did some changes, in a way is a pity that the talons arent very good, point wise they are my most expensive unit at 270 vs 190 of my predator, but is okay i want to have atleast a slight chance in that tournament XD :v

hq (Here everything seems ok, so no changes)

Troops (since the missile launcher isnt worth it i dont feel the marines are either so more cultist)

2x10 cultist
2heavy stubber

1x10 cultist
flammer

elite (here everything seems ok but i added a couple noise more)

1x hellbrute (the same)

7x noise marines
6x sonic blaster
1x blastmaster

fast attack
5x raptor (plasma ones)
5x melta (melta raptors)

Heavy support
predator
4x lasscanon

I got 128 pts left and i dont know what to do with them, any suggestions with what i got?

Rhino for the noise marines or take the bikes due to volume of shoots and 2 wounds a piece

Im a little worried about flyers, very common in my local meta, do you guys think this list could work in that enviroment?.

Flyers are different in the sense that now its -1 to hit unless its eldar then suspect altioc haemlocks at -3.

Your raptors with the fly keyword be key as you be able to shoot them and assault them for cc

Any unit u guys think i should get? i was thinking on a maulerfiend to overcome the helldrake weakneses, or some terminators to be atramentar, any suggestion?

Terminators can be useful. Combi bolters are now bad if used with the strategem vetrans of the long war. Be able wound T7 guys on 4's and you get fair amount of shots at half range. Melta and plasma options are good also if you come in with your lord.

What loadout u considering or role?

Obliterators are very strong and matched up with the slaanesh strategem, you be able to shoot twice. I popped two leman russ's from deep strike and rolling decent with the D3's and deep striking

Well since most of my army is ranged maybe some CC terminators could be nice i think

So go with power axes fir the -2ap to make sure they are killing whats in front them.

I like chain fists for the guarantee damage on maybe one or two of them.

Problem with terminators for chaos they can take alot, but can chew points pretty fast. You will need to maximise and stick to the sole role
