How do you paint your miniatures

Fully complete section by section (head, weapon etc)

How do you paint your models

I'd say it depends on the models, if they have fairly accessible area's i would glue it together paint the base coats and finally highlight, however if not i may paint the bits seperately glue together then highlight.

so yeah.....all of the above i guess

As Raider32 said before, it really depends on the models. Most the time though I paint them partly assembled or completly unassembled.
Painted in 2018:
AdMech: 2 Vanguard
Marines: 1 Rhino, 6 Primaris Intercessor, 1 Captain in gravis armour, 1 Scribbus Wretch
Shadespire: 4 Sepulchral Guard
