I just noticed the club is hosting a 40K tournament on the 14th of April and I'm seriously thinking of attending. I also have a few local players possibly interested in attending as well and what I'm wondering is what kind of attendance numbers can you guys accommodate? There's possibly 4-6 of us that might be attending and I'm wondering if that's feasible and if there is maybe some way to pre-register or reserve spots so we don't drive three hours and not all get to play.

While I'd wait for one of the official MWGers to comment on this, I know they've fit up to 16 people into a tournament at one time or another - I think an emergency gaming table was thrown in the front lobby, but it still worked

Usually Tournament passes are available for prepurchase on the MWG store, which guarantees you a spot. If those sell out before the Tournament date, it's full... if not, they're available day-of on a first come, first serve basis.
