Greasy Boff awoke with a fright. It had all been a dream. Taking over Erapia.... an unreal, distant memory... He practically slapped his for head in disbelief.

He often pondered if life was truly all it was said to be. When dreams present a more interesting reality, why waste time in the real world. True, there was immense satisfaction and a desire for physical and mental combat in a practical application, Boff knew that, but at the same time he felt like it wasn't enough. Everytime he dreamed he'd dream of victory, but when victory was finally his the dream would end.

Was that it? Was it that he longed, not to win a fight but for the fight itself? If so then to what extent? Boff had always considered himself a manipulative utilitarian. Upon accepting this reality he was able to manipulate his own goals and basic desires to construct around himself, a pre-concieved phsycological order of events that would lead to his victory in conveluted circumstances. Hence he earned the nickname Greasy Boff through his neo-phsyciatric interpretaion of enemy combatant preparations and their own utilitarian defence networks. Boff knew this...

...so why did his dreams of victory trouble him so...

"Boff!" A Smart Boy suddenly screamed from one of the consoles. "We be approochin' Unia!"

"GUD!!!" Boff roared triumphantly. "I hear doze Deezt... deez... dezoi..."

"Destroyers-"

"-DESTROIAZ BOYZ!!! j'zt took da c'pt'l plan't again!?! I'll not be stud up by doze ladz--- WE GONNZ WRECKDIS ERE UNIA!!!!!!!!!"

As the crew roared in agreement, a group of Grease boyz ran through the doors, dragging along with them a barrel of grease mixed with red coloured paint. Boff rised his arms outwards. "GREAZE ME UP BOYZ!!!"

So you have a fixation with torpedoes and your ork friend has a bunch of boyz rub grease all over his warboss on a regular basis?

What kind of team am I on?

From my friend
Planet Targeted: Hiijin
Result: Victory
Planet defense rating: 2/3
Commander Name: Captain Anton Vargus
Faction: Space Marines
Subfaction: Obsidian Fists
Alliance: Conclave of Seekers
Points size: 1,000
ASL: Infinite
MP: Infinite
Scenario: Purge

Captain Vargus raced down the ramp of his Razorback, hellfire rounds exploding from his bolter, his command squad arrayed behind him. Necrons turned upon him, firing their gauss weapons as he charged. One of his brothers-he could not see which-fell with a garbled curse, but then he and the rest were amongst the monstrosities, shattering metal bodies and smashing in gleaming death-masks. Vargus accounted for four Necrons himself, shattering them into smoking ruin, before falling upon the lord and his lychguard. Their shields were mighty pieces of technology, but nothing next to the storm shields his command squad carried. And, as he severed the head of the Necron lord before grinding him into the dust, Vargus knew savage joy.

Planet Targeted: Hiijin
Result: Victory
Planet defense rating: 1/3
Commander Name: Captain Anton Vargus
Faction: Space Marines
Subfaction: Obsidian Fists
Alliance: Conclave of Seekers
Points size: 800
ASL: Infinite
MP: Infinite
Scenario: Purge

The plasma cannons of the Devastators roared, great blasts of blue fire tearing forth from their maws to detonate amongst the packed ranks of the Tyranids. Gaunts, genestealers, and warriors alike, were atomized by the miniature stars. As the xenos closed the distance, a roar of jump packs filled the air, and assault marines came crashing down amongst them, devastating all in their path. And, in the center, Vargus orchestrated it all, blasting apart those Tyranids who came too close with hellfire rounds. Today was a day for the Emperor.

Planet Targeted: Hiijin
Result: Victory
Planet defense rating: 0/3 (taken)
Commander Name: Captain Anton Vargus
Faction: Space Marines
Subfaction: Obsidian Fists
Alliance: Conclave of Seekers
Points size: 1,000
ASL: Infinite
MP: Infinite
Scenario: The Relic

Scout Sergeant Bellion and his squad formed a ring around the relic, bolters trained outwards, as their rhino closed in. When it had arrived, the scouts, under fire, loaded the relic into its hold, before embarking with it and making for their bunker complex. all the while, their brothers provided cover fire, devastating those few Orks bold enough to give chase. The day was as good as theirs.

You are weak Acanthus. You're always bragging about how you will come and get revenge against that Nurgle Lord and you always end up fighting pathetic PDFs because it's easier than backing your wild claims. Reshkak or whatever how he is called challenged you on Balrus and you're not even able to look him in the face, most probably because you're belly wouldn't agree with what you're seing. Instead, you go on a backwater planet, killing civillians in their beds and raining death on militias instead of fighting people who can defend themselves. Show us you're a true Astartes or go back cowering on Terra and begging your corpse emperor for mercy for being such a pansy.

--- INCOMING TRANSMISSION ---

If there's anything I despise more than a coward it is the even more cowardly traitor marine that hides behind the Imperial Guard's victories and mocks others. So-called Thousand Sons, the Obsidians Fists have just taken away vital territory from us, start pulling your weight and win it back, rather than mocking the enemy for having the basic common sense not to fall for childish antagonising!

Sgt.Mjr- Kestral 706th.

Narrative is being written now. Warning, graphic content inbound

The chaos lord looked at the family before him, they had survived his onslaught once before. There was a young boy no more than 15 years old, a father, and a daughter.
"Where's mommy?" The chaos lord cackled
"She was killed by one of your beasts!" Yelled the 15 year old.
"Oh, such a shame, I'm sure she would've made an excellent sacrifice."
"Why did you capture us anyways?"
"For this."
The lord began to create a video transmission.
"Watch, Acanthus. These citizens are ones who survived me once before, but this time, the shall fall!"
The lord pointed at the father
"Let's start with father dearest."
A green mist seemed to appear around the father. He became woozy and eventually fell over. His stomach began bloating and swelling until a million plague flies burst out from inside him. The little girl screamed.
"Be quiet!" The lord barked "I have no time for screaming."
The girl did not stop
"Well, this is what happens when you disobey me." The lord swung his sword. Her head fell to the ground and the boy puked.
"will you worship chaos? You could be a good soldier" the lord cackled
"Never!"
"Suit yourself."
The lord set down his sword. He grabbed the boys arms and lifted him off the ground.
"This is what happens when you oppose chaos."
The lord ripped off the boys arms, but the boy did not pass out, he only continued screaming. The lord picked up his sword and made an incision in the boys abdomen. He then reached up through the boys intestines and pulled out his heart. With the heart in his hand, he turned to the camera.
"See Acanthus, the heart of a citizen who was loyal to the imperium. Such a delicate thing, so weak and fragile."
The lord crushed the heart.
"You're next."
The video message ended.

Player: Signet-Powers.
Planet targeted: Tarrus.
Result: Victory
Planet current defense rating: 2/2 (ours).
Commander name: Ashton Wolcott.
Faction: Astra Militarum.
Sub-Faction: Kestral 706th.
Alliance: Reclamation Dominion.
Scenario Played: Kill points.
Points size played: 1500pts.
Enemy Played: Slaanesh marines
The battle was over and the Guardsmen were surveying the burnt battlefield. The Sargent Major was discussing something important with a communications officer when a guardsman spotted something.
"Sargent Major, we got incoming!" he said pointing up into the sky. The Sargent Major and several others turned to see several Valkyries and Vendettas approach from the air.
"Did we order any reinforcements?" the Sargent Major asked. the communications officer answered by shaking his head.
"Those are Inquisiton seals Sargent Major!" another officer called out, pointing at the symbols plastered over the side of the transport crafts. Immediately everyone fell to their knees, dropping their weapons and making the signs of the Aquilla over their chests. The Valkyries got closer and slowed down.

Then they opened fire.

Within moments an entire company was ripped apart, multilasers mowing down entire platoons that had put their weapons down momentarily as a sign of respect, lascannons blowing open Leman Russes and chimeras without discrimination. The Sargent Major started to shout"RETURN FIR-" When a nearby explosion threw her sideways. her carapace armor protected her from shrapnel while the communications officer was blown limb from limb.
The Valkyrie doors opened and Imperial Stormtroopers poured out, hotshot lasguns tearing through the survivors. the Sargent Major watched as several guardsmen tried surrendering and were shown no mercy.
Then it stopped. The stormtroopers stopped shooting and surveyed the scene. there were a few guardsmen still left but they were mostly crying and begging, none put up any fight. A stormtrooper said something into a vox caster and a Vendetta landed on the ground.
The doors opened and a figure walked out. He wore casual clothing, most notably a simple jacket with an Inquisition symbol on it. "This is truly not how I wanted this to go down." he said." But this is how it has to be. Where's the Sargent Major?"
The stormtroopers found her quickly, picked er up and dragged her towards the Inquisitor. "Feth you!" she spat at him.
He grimaced and wiped the spit away. "Well aren't you a treat. Trth be told I'd rather you were still in command but... that's just not possible. recent changes in events mean that I need Commander Wolcott. Sorry." he turned back to the stormtroopers. "Where's the Commander?"
"Here." Wolcott declared, rising from behind the Vanquisher."
"Ah, there you are. Here." The Inquisitor threw a bolt pistol towards him. "You are now back in control of the regiment. I assume you've met my acolyte Andrews?"
"I have."
"As we speak he is murdering the Captains who would still oppose you. The regiment is yours again."
Wolcott smirked. "Excellent."
"Yes, now there is much we much discuss. specificity about the Whitestone fortress, but not here. I shall see you on board your ship." and with that, the Inquisitor stepped back inside his Valkyrie. The transports took off, leaving a platoon of stormtroopers behind.
Wolcott noticed the Sargent Major had been left behind. He approached her and smirked. "Well, well, well... seems I'm back where I belong."
she looked up at him, a look of sheer hatred in her eyes.
He raised his bolt pistol at her forehead and smirked...

...

He couldn't pull the trigger. He wanted to, but every time he tried he couldn't. An image flashed in the back of his mind, an image of the bodies he'd seen last week.
He couldn't look at the people he'd killed, he couldn't take it.
He tried puling the trigger again. do it quick he thought. it didn't help. His heart felt like it was about to stop...
Lowering the bolt pistol, he let out a scoff. "Actually... I can't be bothered promoting someone else. I'll just have you mind wiped instead. It would be a shame to waste your skills."
He turned to the surviving guardsmen.

"I'm back... things are going to change around here."
