This will be my first time to post. I am new to wargaming and a friend sent me to this site. I have been wathcing the group builds for a while now and thought this would be an easy one to get my feet wet on. My gaming experience is with D&D and Magic the Gathering. I have watched a few games being played but have not yet got started in this game. This will also be my first terrain build and paint job as well. I plan on trying to make an industrial game table.
Thanks Blue - I have painted the ground on the one with the barrells as the other two I have already given to a friend to use on his table. I was unsure of how to paint so I used three shades of brown.
I do not have any 40k minis so I took this pic with some Mage Knight figures to try to give an idea of scale.

As I am that friend, I did snap a photo of the terrain when my son and I played last week. Not the greatest picture, since it was taken with my phone. But this was it being used in game
