How the game play data could be stored

This is how I would store the data about the game play I am talking about.

I can stay these pictures are easier to understand than what the database is.

You see have a cost between the armor and the fighter allows for the same are to be used by different fighters but as different cost. The same goes for any cost or cp between two values.

Here are the sample of what can be done with the chart from before:

As you can see two fighter have some of the same gear but at different cost. I know many have talk about allowing different faction to use the same weapons but at different cost.

To make a squad for the faction you add the subfaction cost change to the base cost and then pick what abilities, armor, weapons you want you squad to carry and add those cost too. Normally you just pick one melee, range and area attack and one armor. Once all that added up I was thinking you just times it by the squad size. Also any changes to the stats should be accounted for.
