Heavy Hitting Units

As Matthew said in one of the Dark Potential Betta Battle Reports, each race would have an heavy hitting unit capable of dishing out and absorving a lot of firepower.
In my opinion these walking tanks should be 100 Pts but have no Command Points at all.
They should be armed like the Planetside 2 (PC game) Maxs. With a Anti Infantery weapon and an AOE weapon I guess.
They would be rather of a grunt inside of an exoskeleton.
As such, the Petrov Morales Corporation would have an Portable Machine Gun and a Flame Launcher.
