This is my second peice of terrain I ever made, my first time basing something aswell... I think it turned out well, and passed my own expectations.

As I said im pretty happy with it, but I know it could definately be better! But on the bright side i'm getting much better at making terrain!

Looks great. Only thing i would personally change is to smaller cables. Great piece though can see it being pretty usefull too.

Guitar string is great for bases but only use in small amounts as its expencive.

thanks for the compliment, to be honest I spend so much time on the forums looking at painting tips, and terrain building and the group builds, I have so much knowledge on it that all I need to do is apply it.

yo tmb
first off nice piece of work
second you could use an old lan cable that's broken inside you have very small wires and thet can be used in a good scale
for the rest it really look great
what do you get when you take necrons and put them in orks
hmmm....
maybe necrorks (robotick soulless orks with the mind of orks)

thanks dragonian, also I know that there is no broken wires in my house, we dont carry scraps or anything, my family is working on a house on acreage and the electrician had some scrap wires leying around, plus I'm saving money for video games and starting a death guard army, so thats an in depth reason as to why the wires look how they look!

But again I appreciate all the critism and compliments you say

Edit: I just realized lots of my pics are kind of blurry as in the paint looks kind of off

Very nice Tmb! I like the contrast of the grass against the gloom of the piece.
One small nit picky recommendation... Clean up the rim of the base, right now it looks like some paint and grass got stuck there.

I would also recommend to take and post some more clear pics for the vote thread.

Great work bud,

I really like this. It reminds me of Bladerunner, Minority Report... the darkness and gloom and stuff. Very Ork, very 40k!
Fantasy: WoC = 5000, Daemons = 3000, Dwarfs = 4000
40k: IG = 9000, SW = 4000
Warmachine: Cryx = 200
Hordes: Skorne = 100
All 100% Painted
