Turn System

Hi Matt,

If you've decided on a turn system, can you please throw together a post in the Mechanics forum about how it works? I've heard you mention an "activation" system, but am unsure if you're sold on that, a whole army system (40K style), or something else entirely.

If you haven't decided yet, it really needs to be done before the rest of the game can progress.

Your mechanics like over watch, stealth, crossfire, command points all need the turn-by-turn mechanics as a starting point. The mechanics for the rest of the game are completely dependant upon your turn system. To change your turn system later will mean you'll need to come back and re-write many, if not most, of these mechanics.
